1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the vehicle boot release portal at release.sevendaysparking.com operated by Sevendays Parking Solutions LLC ("Sevendays," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Release Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Release Portal.
2. Nature of Service
Sevendays provides vehicle immobilization (booting) services to property owners and managers. The Release Portal allows vehicle owners or operators to pay a boot release fee and receive an unlock code to remove the boot from their vehicle.
Use of the Release Portal does not constitute an admission of any parking violation, nor does it waive any right to dispute the validity of the immobilization through appropriate legal channels.
3. Release Fee
The release fee is displayed on the Release Portal prior to payment. By submitting payment, you authorize Sevendays Parking Solutions LLC to charge the release fee to your payment card. All sales are final; release fees are non-refundable once the unlock code has been delivered.
Disputes regarding the validity of an immobilization should be directed to connect@sevendaysparking.com or (904) 206-7337 prior to payment.
4. Boot Return Requirement
The boot must be returned to the designated drop box on the property within 12 hours of release. The exact drop box location is disclosed on the confirmation screen after payment.
By proceeding with payment, you authorize Sevendays Parking Solutions LLC to charge the payment card on file an additional $150 if the boot is not returned within 12 hours. This fee represents liquidated damages for the cost of the boot unit and associated recovery expenses.
You agree not to damage, tamper with, or convert the boot. If the boot is damaged, destroyed, or not returned, Sevendays reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in addition to the non-return fee.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) attempt to drive or move the vehicle while the boot is attached; (b) tamper with, cut, or damage the boot or associated locks; (c) use fraudulent payment credentials; (d) misuse the Release Portal in any way that violates applicable law; or (e) interfere with the operation of the Release Portal.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE RELEASE PORTAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. YOUR USE OF THE PORTAL IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEVENDAYS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE RELEASE PORTAL OR THE BOOT RELEASE PROCESS.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Release Portal after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
