1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Sevendays Parking Solutions LLC ("Sevendays," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information obtained through the vehicle boot release portal at release.sevendaysparking.com (the "Release Portal"). By using the Release Portal, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide: Email address (required to receive your unlock code and payment receipt); mobile phone number (optional, to receive the unlock code by SMS); and payment card information (processed by Stripe — see Section 4).

b. Vehicle and Violation Information: License plate number, vehicle description, property location, violation type, and boot identification number recorded by our operators at the time of boot placement.

c. Contact Form Submissions: If you submit an inquiry through our marketing website at sevendaysparking.com, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

d. Technical Information: IP address, browser type, and general device information collected automatically when you access our websites.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) process your boot release payment; (b) deliver your unlock code by email and/or SMS; (c) maintain records of vehicle immobilization events as required for our operations and legal compliance; (d) respond to disputes or legal inquiries; and (e) improve the reliability and security of our services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payment Processing

All payment card transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. Sevendays does not store, transmit, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials. By submitting a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

The card you provide may be charged an additional $150 non-return fee if the boot is not returned to the designated drop box within 12 hours of release, as disclosed prior to payment.

5. SMS Communications

If you provide a mobile phone number, we may send you a one-time SMS message containing your unlock code. Standard message and data rates may apply. You are not required to provide a phone number to use the Release Portal.

6. Data Retention

We retain vehicle immobilization records, including associated personal information, for a period of at least three (3) years from the date of the event. Payment records are retained as required by applicable law and Stripe's data retention policies.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at connect@sevendaysparking.com or (904) 206-7337. Certain information may be retained as required by law even following a deletion request.

9. Children's Privacy

The Release Portal is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.
